Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal information Sree Sastha Enterprise (“we”, “us”) collects through this website, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We are a fencing company based in Madurai, Tamil Nadu. We try to collect only what we need to help you.
1. Information we collect
- Details you give us in the enquiry form or the site-inspection booking: your name, mobile number, pincode, village, town, city or area, district, property type, approximate fence length, preferred visit date and your requirement.
- Which advert or link brought you here: the campaign name, the advert click number and the website you came from, saved with your enquiry so we know which advertising works.
- Your location, only if you choose to share it. The “Share my site location” button uses your device’s location once, with your permission, so we can find your site. It is optional.
- Payment reference. If you pay the ₹999 site-inspection fee by UPI, you may enter the transaction (UTR) number so we can match your payment. We never ask for or store your UPI PIN, card or bank login details.
- Messages you send us on WhatsApp, by phone call or by email.
- Website usage information, only if you allow it in the cookie box: pages viewed, buttons tapped, approximate area, device and browser type, and how you arrived at the site.
2. How we use your information
- To reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote and contact you about your fencing requirement.
- To schedule, carry out and confirm site inspections and to match your inspection payment.
- To carry out and follow up on fencing orders and after-sales support.
- To understand which parts of the website work, and to measure and improve our advertising (only with your cookie permission).
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
We do not sell your personal information.
3. Cookies and similar technologies
When you first visit, we ask what you allow. Necessary items keep the page working and are always on. Analytics and Marketing stay off until you accept them. We use Google Tag Manager to manage these tools, which may include Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta (Facebook) advertising tools. You can change your choice at any time with the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of the page. You can also clear or block cookies in your browser settings.
4. Who we share information with
- Service providers who help us run the business, such as Google (Google Sheets and Google Workspace, where we record enquiries; Google Tag Manager and analytics tools; YouTube and Google Maps when you open them) and WhatsApp (Meta), where you contact us. They process information on our behalf or under their own policies.
- Advertising platforms (Google, Meta), only the usage information that your cookie choice allows.
- Our team and installation partners, only what is needed to visit your site and carry out your work.
- Authorities, where the law requires us to.
Some of these providers store data on servers outside India. We choose well-known providers and share only what is needed.
5. Payments
Payments are made through your own UPI app (such as GPay, PhonePe or Paytm) to our UPI ID. The payment itself is handled by your app and bank. We see only what they show us, such as the amount, our UPI ID and the reference you enter.
6. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond to you, complete any work and provide support. Enquiries that do not lead to an order are normally deleted or anonymised within 24 months. Records we must keep for tax or accounting are kept for the period the law requires.
7. Your choices and rights
You may ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. You may also withdraw your consent, for example to be contacted, or to cookies, at any time. To do any of this, write to us at the email address below. We will reply within a reasonable time. Stopping may mean we can no longer serve an open enquiry.
8. Security
We use reasonable safeguards, such as access-controlled online records and secure (HTTPS) connections. No online system is completely secure, so please do not send us passwords, card numbers or other sensitive financial details.
9. Children
This website is for property owners and decision-makers. It is not meant for children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
10. Links to other sites
This website links to Google Maps, Google reviews, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Threads and WhatsApp. Their own privacy policies apply once you leave our page. The page’s fonts are served from our own website.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed. Significant changes will be shown on this page.
